1) To reserve a piano if you are intending to come to view it, a £150 non-refundable deposit is required.
2) The deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to a different piano if you change your mind on that piano.
3) The piano will be reserved for 7 days, after which time it will become available for sale once again.
4) This service is intended to ensure that if you are travelling from a distance to view a piano, it will still be available when you arrive. If you have already visited us and viewed a piano, or want to reserve a piano but don’t intend to view it, then the amount of deposit will be 10% of the purchase price. This is also non-refundable but transferable to any other piano.
