Viewings by arrangement

Book an appointment

If you are travelling to Oxford or would like time with a particular piano, arrange a viewing in advance so the right instrument and a member of the team are ready for you.

Before you visit

You are welcome to visit during our normal opening hours, but appointments are strongly recommended for longer journeys, comparison visits, and viewings centred on a particular piano.

A booked appointment helps us make sure the relevant pianos are prepared, the showroom is not overcrowded, and there is time for proper discussion rather than a rushed visit.

What to tell us

Which piano or RP number you want to try, whether you are looking for a grand or upright, and the days that suit you best.

What to expect

A quieter showroom visit, time to compare instruments properly, and guidance on purchase, rental or restoration options.

Helpful before you travel

  • If you have seen a specific piano on the stock list, mention the make, model or RP number so we can prepare the right instrument.
  • If you are comparing a few options, let us know whether you are deciding between uprights, grands, rentals or restoration possibilities.
  • If the online calendar does not suit, call or email and we can usually help arrange the next best time.

How visits usually work

1

Choose a day

Pick a time that gives room to listen properly, not just pass quickly through the showroom.

2

Tell us the shortlist

Mention any piano, brand, or price range you want ready when you arrive.

3

Compare without rushing

Appointments work best when there is time to play, listen, and ask practical follow-up questions.
